Hello, I’m Caroline, founder of C’Jour.
C’Jour was born from a simple belief: every holiday property deserves individual attention, a human presence and a level of service that truly makes a difference.
C’Jour is not here to replace owners or take away their control over their property.
My role is to work alongside them as a trusted partner who can manage, advise, anticipate and be there whenever needed.
Why C’Jour?
Because behind every holiday home, there is much more than a booking.
There is an owner who has invested time, energy and often a great deal of themselves in their project. There is a property with its own history and identity. And there are guests who have chosen that special place in which to spend a few precious days.
I created C’Jour to bring these different worlds together.
My aim is to offer owners support that is professional, personal and firmly rooted in the local area, taking care of what can be delegated while respecting their vision and preferred way of working.
Ma façon de travailler
J’ai fait le choix d’accompagner un nombre volontairement limité de propriétés.
Ce choix me permet de connaître réellement chaque maison : ses particularités, son fonctionnement, son environnement, mais aussi les attentes et les objectifs de son propriétaire.
Je privilégie une relation directe et transparente. Certains propriétaires souhaitent déléguer une grande partie de leur gestion, tandis que d’autres ont simplement besoin d’un relais ponctuel, d’un regard extérieur ou d’un accompagnement pour développer leur activité.
Il n’existe donc pas, chez C’Jour, une seule manière de travailler.
Je m’adapte à chaque projet avec la même philosophie : être disponible, réactive et impliquée, tout en restant discrète.
